Smoky Pepper Pasta Salad

2 cups dry rotini pasta
4 cups broccoli florets
1 small yellow squash
1 red bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 cups Smoky Pepper Vinaigrette.

Cook and drain rotini pasta.  Cut veggies into bite size pieces.  Toss ingredients with Smoky Pepper Vinaigrette.  Combine ingredients and chill.
8 to 10 servings.

Variation – Add 2 cups cooked chicken breast cut into bite size pieces.

Smoky Pepper Vinaigrette
1-1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 Tblsp Smoky Pepper
2 tsp sugar

Blend ingredients.  Makes 2 cups.
