Fried Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Buttermilk
LRS Original Blend
Vegetable Oil
Flour

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoning.  Pour buttermilk over chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight.

The following day, dredge chicken pieces in flour. Heat oil in electric skillet to 350° . Place chicken in hot oil. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning while frying.  Turn chicken once while in skillet. Fry until golden brown, for approximately 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
