This chicken is
crispy on the outside and tender, juicy and flavorful on the
inside.
10 Chicken Pieces
Olive Oil
LRS Original Blend
Lemon Butter Sauce
2 T. Butter
2 T. Olive Oil
1-1/2 T. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 tsp. LRS Original Blend

Place chicken pieces on tray and
brush with olive oil.
Moderately sprinkle with LRS Original Blend.
Turn chicken and sprinkle again with seasoning.

Place chicken on grill directly over
fire. Lower
fire if necessary to prevent flames from burning
chicken.

For even browning, turn chicken every
three to four minutes.

When chicken is nearly done (internal
temperature of thigh is approaching 180 degrees), baste
each side with Lemon Butter Sauce.
Continue grilling for an additional two minutes
on each side.
