Smoky Pepper Weight Watcher™ Recipes

Smoky Pepper Dip

1 C. Mayonnaise
3/4 C.  Sour Cream
1/4 C. Buttermilk
4 tsp. LRS Smoky Pepper

Combine ingredients.  Chill before serving.  Recipe makes 2 cups.

Use as dip with chips, fresh vegetables, in chicken salad, tuna salad, etc.  Also, use in low carb tortilla wraps with chicken, turkey, bacon, cheese, etc.

1/4 Cup = 5/8 carb  ~  2 Tblsp. =  1/3 carb


Smoky Pepper Salad Dressing

1 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. Buttermilk
4 tsp. LRS Smoky Pepper 

Combine ingredients.  Chill before serving.  Recipe makes 2 cups.

Use on salads.

1/4 Cup = 1-1/2 carbs  ~  2 Tblsp. = 3/4 carb
