1 lb. bulk sausage, hot or mild, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Smoky
Pepper Dip
1 lb. mushrooms, medium size
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean mushrooms. Remove stems using a paring
knife to make holes slightly larger for sausage
stuffing.
- Stir shredded cheese and Smoky
Pepper Dip into sausage. Spoon mixture into
each mushroom cap.
- Sprinkle Smoky Pepper Seasoning Blend on tops of
mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms in a baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
