Veggie Pizza

Sliced Vegetables:
1 small red onion
1 small zucchini
1 celery stalk
1 small bell pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1 Roma tomato
Mozzarella cheese, 2 Cups grated
1 Boboli Crust
Olive or Canola Oil
LRS Original Blend

Sprinkle veggies with Land Run Seasoning and just enough oil to lightly cover.  Marinade 10-15 minutes. Grill over hot coals 8-10 minutes. Set aside.

Brush both sides of bread crust with oil. Place crust on grill over open fire for approximately one minute. Turn over and top with 1-1/2 cups of cheese.

Add grilled vegetables. Add remaining cheese (1/2 cup). Sprinkle with Land Run Seasoning. 
Heat until cheese has melted.
